1. Health Warranty - Environmental: The Breeder will provide a health record that the kitten/cat described above has received all age-appropriate deworming and vaccinations at the time of purchase. The Breeder provides a limited health warranty that the above kitten/ cat is in good health. The Buyer must complete a kitten/cat wellness exam within 72 hours (3 days) of obtaining the kitten/cat. If the licensed veterinarian performing the initial exam finds the kitten/cat to be of unfit health and carrying any of illnesses and testifies that it was not likely to have been contracted after the purchase date (ie exposure to another pet), Buyer will present the licensed veterinarian's written report on letterhead and dated during this time window to the Breeder immediately. The kitten may be returned to the Breeder within 5 days for an exchange for a new kitten of similar quality. The Buyer will be responsible for the exam fee, diagnostics, and all associated transport costs.

Any future vaccinations recommended by the Buyer's licensed veterinarian will be the responsibility of the Buyer after the date of sale. If the Buyer fails to complete the initial wellness exam and communicate any resulting concerns within these time frames, this warranty becomes null and void.

The Buyer will provide the cat with proper veterinarian care (including routine vaccines). The Breeder's warranty does not cover any costs associated with environmental/incidental occurrences after purchase, including contagious diseases/infestations contracted from animals that the kitten/cat is exposed to after pickup. Any significant health conditions discovered by the Buyer during the cat's lifetime will be reported to the Breeder.

2.  Health Warranty - Congenital: Purrfectocoon only breed cats that have been tested to be clear of genetic health defects and will share any relevant concerns to their knowledge with the Buyer. If the kitten/cat described above dies within one year of the date of purchase due to a congenital/hereditary defect, the Breeder offers to replace the cat with a cat/kitten of similar quality. The Breeder must receive proof of the congenital defect in the form of a complete necropsy report, completed by a licensed veterinarian and performed at the Buyer's expense.

3. Welfare Agreement: The Buyer agrees to provide the cat with a clean, pleasant environment, conducive to good health and with adequate space for exercise. At least one litter box will be provided for each cat in the household and will be cleaned daily. The kitten/ cat will not be caged unless absolutely necessary for the cat's safety or health. The Breeder will provide a sufficient amount of the kitten's/cat's current diet at the time of pickup to support a smooth transition to the Buyer's food of choice. The Buyer agrees to provide the kitten/cat with proper nutrition in the form of a premium species-appropriate food. Fresh water will be provided daily. The Buyer agrees the kitten/cat will live indoors only and will not let the cat roam outdoors.

If this kitten/cat is found to have been neglected by the buyer, in ill health or if the Buyer does not abide by the terms of this contract, the Buyer will surrender said cat/kitten to Breeder unconditionally. If the Buyer is no longer able to care for the kitten/cat at any time, the Breeder must be notified prior to transferring ownership permanently and will hold the right to take the kitten/cat back. If for any reason the kitten is returned to the seller, BUYER agrees to pay all expenses, including shipping costs, mileage and re-examination. There will be no money return or replacing.

4. Warranty void if FIP vaccine was given. We don't recommend vaccinating the kittens with the FIP vaccines. These vaccines are not safe. IF FIP VACCINE IS GIVEN TO THE CAT/ KITTEN AN ANY TIME, THE ENTIRE HEALTH GUARANTEE BECOMES NULL AND VOID.

5. Registration. The kitten was sold as a pet. only. The Buyer will have to spray/neuter the kitten at the age of 6-7 month old and to provide the proof of neutering/spraying to the seller. If Buyer will not provide the proof of neutering/ spraying to the Seller, the Buyer will pay a 400$ fee to the Seller and the kitten will be returned to the Seller. TICA papers for kitten's registration will be sent or emailed after receiving the confirmation of spaying/ neutering.

The Buyer agrees never DECLAW the kitten.

6. Payment Terms: A holding fee (deposit) is placed to hold a particular kitten for a Buyer.

The required amount is 500$. The deposit is transferable, but not refundable except in the following circumstance: If any issues arise with the kitten/cat prior to the time of pickup while under the Breeder's care that would impede the Breeder's ability to follow through with this contract, the Breeder will notify the Buyer immediately and the Buyer may choose to obtain a refund or transfer the reservation to another available kitten/cat.

The kitten will be cared by the Seller until ready to go after receiving the second round of shots.

The Buyer agrees to pay any remaining balance owed by the time of pickup.

7. In case if Buyer will not pick up (or unable to) kitten on or before the date when kitten is ready to go to new home, the Buyer will pay 20$ a day for kitten's care.

I enter into this agreement wailfully. I agree to all conditions in the above contract by signing below. I understand that upon signing and returning this contract and required deposit that I am entering into a sales purchase and that my deposit is non-refundable even if I decide not to purchase the kitten.

If legal proceedings become necessary, the Buyer agrees that all legal and/or court procedures take place in the county in which the Breeder resides.
